Supreme Court: Justices caution that decisions on officers using improper deadly force

Staff

on

The U.S. Supreme court tossed out a lawsuit against a Texas State Trooper at a time of increased scrutiny focused on deadly police encounters, the justices cautioned that court decisions about whether officers use deadly force improperly must focus on the specifics of each case, not on broad generalities about police conduct.

This could be a major victory for those across the country seeking Police Accountability and Police Reform.

This also coming at a time as many citizens across the nation are demanding for Police reforms and Accountability, while some police unions are focusing on the boycott of a film.

Seems strange?

My opinion:

The courts will be the best way to obtain reform and accountability, one case at a time.

Truly an investigation should be sought into Trump’s statements.

Anytime a leader results in the name calling of humans in degrading terms could also be implied as a dictator.

Final thought, This is not a leader but more so a dictator type bully.
